Here's vintage no feet Popeye "C" with pipe and white hat PEZ dispenser mint in its original cello bag. It's turned the wrong way, but the pipe is there and still attached. 

The cello does have some small openings in it, but it's mostly intact. The candy is still solid and has not gone soft or leaked.
