This is a used Bachmann ultima DCC controller, the item has been factory reset and the memory cleared. I have videoed it to demonstrate it working, I have found it however is not compatible with some DCC chips. Everything in the knots is included (except the batteries as I cannot post these it require 4xAAA) 

There is no user manual as this was spilt from set when purchased but it can be found online.
