Equipment

The ST1 system uses a horizontal bar + the most popular set of attachments: rings, rope and bungee. Let's take a closer look at each shell:

• Horizontal bar crossbeam. The main element of the complex, developing strength and endurance. And this is a shell accessible to adults: pull yourself up, strengthen the abs or just hang on it so that your back does not hurt. To reduce sliding and improve grip comfort, a special pattern developed by the Health Formula is applied to the handles.
• Classes on the rings strengthen both muscles and joints, because rings, unlike the horizontal bar, rotate with the rotation of the hands. Such training prepares the body for more complex exercises and greater loads.
• Climbing can be attributed to basic exercises that do not affect individual muscles, but on muscle groups and ligaments: strengthen the body as a whole. Namely, the general development is most suitable for the child.
• Bungee - will help to become agile and tenacious, like Tarzan, wading through the jungle thorns to the starry heights of sports victories and achievements. It takes your breath away from how athletic and fit you can become with the DSK Gamma ... and from the feeling of flying on a bungee!

Reliability and stability

ST1 is a wall complex

• The strong metalframe is reliably and firmly mounted in the wall with the help of 6 fastener blocks for 12 bolts
• The emphasis of the head of the complex on the supporting rack optimally distributes the load on the frame. The head part is attached to the housing for 6 bolts through power brackets, which gives the complex additional strength
• Fastenings are fixed on the frame through bolts, which increases the rigidity of the structure

Compactness

The dimensions of the ST1 complex are 63cm (24,8 in) deep and 53cm (20,87 in) wide. Thanks to this design, the complex occupies 0.5 sq.m., and it can be placed:

• in the hall
• in the corridor
• in the room

Benefits and Savings

ST1 is an in-house production of Health Formula. What is this talking about? About savings, because the price does not include a price wrap.

Health Formula has taken 3 steps to save while maintaining quality:

1. We made the complex a few centimeters lower
2. The diameter of the stair rails was reduced by several millimeters.
3. We changed the horizontal bar mounting system: we replaced the power brackets with the base bracket and made it through to maintain strength

These steps allowed us to reduce the price by an average of 25%.
At the same time, the strength of the fasteners, the stability and reliability of the structure, as well as the maximum allowable weight: 100 kg per frame and 80 kg for attachments.
