SID VICIOUS - (LIVE AT CBGB's) - THE VICIOUS WHITE KIDS - VINYL IMPORT - COLLECTIBLE  ALBUM.

A regular face on the early punk scene, and chaotic bass player of the Sex Pistols, Sid did it all and then some, his life ending a bloody mess of sex, drugs and rock n roll.

According to Glen Matlock the super-punk-group THE VICIOUS WHITE KIDS was the best band he was ever in and Sid was the most natural of Front men with a decent voice to boot and if the drugs weren't involved they could have been mega huge.

This Belgian import on Konexion Records was a very clumsy attempt to fool fans into thinking this was a new unreleased Sid Vicious live recording from his solo dates of late 78.

It claimed to be recorded at CBGB's with back up from Johnny Thunders and the heartbreakers, both claims were complete lies and even with the fudged song titles it shouldn't have fooled anyone.!

This album is clearly the Vicious White Kids, the one and only performance that had since passed firmly into punk legend.

The sleeve was simply pulled from a Sid Vicious poster that was easily obtained at the time, the lettering is crude with the same design used on both sides, it was simply a lazy and cheap attempt to make money by Konexion.

Due to the Jock McDonald Sid Vicious Live at the electric ballroom album still being in the shops when Konexion put this out most fans ignored it and the import sales simply fell away, this made this album very thin on the ground just a few years later.

This is a rare chance to get your hands on a good overall quality copy of this album, sleeve is excellent with one lightly bent corner that is the only thing worth mentioning, the vinyl is in great condition for age, this is ready for a new owner to really enjoy, this is as punk as it gets, this is SID VICIOUS "LIVE"
