OFFERS:

Ebay has a feature that allows sellers to establish a minimum price for offers.  If your offer is under that minimum threshold ebay will automatically decline the offer on my behalf.

If your offer is above that 'minimum threshold' ebay will notify me and I will give it some consideration.  I reply to all offers for which the minimum threshold is met.  Sometimes I accept offers, but if not, I will reply with a personal message.

SHIPPING:

The PSA encased card will be placed in a soft sleeve and appropriately protected with protective wrap.  It will be shipped in a USPS Small Flat Rate Priority Box.

[I do my best to keep shipping costs to a minimum.  I realize shipping costs can be a deterent to purchase.

I do my best to protect and secure cards as I would want them secured if I was the buyer.

Materials used:
* Ultra Pro Graded Card Sleeve to prevent scratching
* Blue Poly Padded Waterproof Envelope
* Bubble wrap
* Liberal use of pack tape to seal box and its contents

USPS Small box flat rate priority shipping is usually $7.10 minimum even with the shipping discount ebay provides to sellers.  I lose money using this service.  However, this service is much more reliable, offers $100 insurance and is usually pretty quick!

I am not looking for pity and/or sympathy.  I just want to be transparent with regard to shipping costs.  I am not a high volume professional baseball card shop that has the luxury of offering FREE SHIPPING.

If you believe my shipping costs are too high please purchase your cards from a high volume seller.]

NO RETURNS - so please be certain before buying/bidding.

Feel free to contact me should you have questions or require more photos.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

I do offer combined shipping!  If you purchase another graded card or more, I will only charge $1 more per added card.
