BORI, Lucrezia * - Pictured on cover entitled Bori’s Farewell To Song which the text cites “for twenty-six years, a star of the Metropolitan Opera, costumed as Manon in her final New York appearance at the entire personnel of the opera association joined in honoring her. One of her notable achievements was head the Save The Opera campaign which helped to keep the opera going in the depression period.”
