This is a working Klipsch Type E balancing network, originally from a now-parted Heresey.

Unfortunately, it has a few condition issues. One capacitor has separated at the spot welds from its mounting flange. Additionally, a couple plastic dividing insulators on the terminal block have broken off and the aluminum “Type E” nameplate is peeling back a bit. See pictures for best description.
