Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old stock driving pinion grease seal assembly, Ford part number 7EQ-4676. According to my Ford Truck Manual, this is used on the following models and years:

I opened the package for the first time to inspect and take pictures. The seal is in brand new, never used condition and is free of any dents or damage. There are a few spots of extremely minor surface rust from many years of shelf storage. May or may not need a light polishing up before installation.
