I have a vintage Butterick Fast and Easy pattern # 6539 that features an easy to make shirt and pants.  The package contains instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Very loose-fitting shirt has collar, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, pleats and button cuffs. Narrow hem.  A: front tucks. B: contrast pocket or purchased applique and motif.
• Tapered pants have elastic waist and side pockets.

It is a misses' sizes 12, 14 and 16.  This is an out of production, uncut pattern.  It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S.  Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns and will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
