I have a vintage McCall's Sew News pattern # 5644 that features a Cut-To-Fit blouse in four styles. The package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• Set of loose-fitting blouses in two lengths has concealed front button closure, shoulder pads and long sleeves with continuous lap pleated into cuff or french cuff or short sleeves; view A is tunic length.

It is a misses sizes 12, 14 and 16. This is an out of production, uncut pattern.  It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S.  Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns and I will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
