This is an R. L. Drake Co. model # T-4XC Ham Radio Transmitter. It covers the HF frequency range from 1.5 to 30 MHz in five - 500-kHz ranges, for the 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10-Meters bands. It can also transmit on up to four - Auxiliary ranges of 500-kHz each when optional crystals are installed for additional frequency coverage (not included,) such as WARC bands, 160-Meters, etc.

This T-4XC Transmitter is a late serial numbered-unit (# 28606). All switches and controls move smoothly. The top side of the chassis could use some cleanup - it has not been tested so it is sold as-is. It requires an external Power Supply such as a Drake model # AC-4.

Being "vintage electronics" and having had previous problems with "parts swappers" I'm listing this transmitter under eBay's condition grading of "For parts or not working", to be sold as-is, with no returns. The outer case appears to be in very good physical condition, with very few scratches and scuffs, unlike most Drake 4-Line equipment of this vintage, that has often had a hard life. 

I also have many crystals for other frequency ranges available for purchase, for 10-Meters, WARC, 160-Meters, etc. for use in this T-4XC and other Drake 4-Line series equipment.

Shipping charges will be $35.85 to CONUS-ONLY locations, with careful packing. Local pickup is also available. Shipping charges are based on another Drake T-4XC Transmitter and other Ham Radio equipment of similar size and weight that I've recently shipped. 

Any International sales must use eBay's International Shipping Program service, where I ship the units to their processing/forwarding center, and eBay takes care of the necessary customs, etc. paperwork, and then they ship onward to the winning bidder. No Direct Overseas Sales! Due to new German shipping requirements, no sales to Germany. 

Shipping is ONLY to a PayPal Confirmed Address. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to make sure the address listed on their account is correct.  Please update your account address before buying, as I cannot send items to a different address than the one provided on your account.  

Local pickup is available, but PayPal cannot be used for payment if you're picking up the item, since PayPal needs proof of shipment to be covered under their rules.

Because of the shipping arrangements that are done out-of-state, I am not able to combine shipment of multiple items. I ship to the buyer within five days of the end of the sale and receipt of payment. 

Please understand that once I've dropped off an item to be shipped at the shipping facility, I have no further control of when it will actually arrive at your location. Occasionally, the shipping company routes the package through some far, out-of-the-way locations which can greatly delay the shipping time, compared to what eBay quotes for delivery times.
