Unable to fully test, Powers on, loads tape and have recorded from this unit to another recorder and it worked very well both audio and video. I also recorded from the other unit to this unit but was unable to see video or hear audio from this unit because I did not have all of the correct cables. No visible physical damage to unit. Comes with Power cord and operation manual.
