A: Platinum plating method

Voltage: 3-4 volts Temperature: 30-40°C
Shaking is required at the beginning of the plating process Gold plating time: 90-120 seconds
Above 3-5 pieces of rings count plating
B: Gold plating method 14K.18K.24K
Temperature: 70.C-80.C
Plating items need to be shaken
Plating time required: 20-50 seconds
Above: for 1 piece to 4 pieces of rings
Accessories needed for plating: beaker, titanium mesh, plating machine, water line, electric furnace, probe thermometer
C: Silver plating method
Positive electrode: clamping titanium mesh Negative electrode: clamping jewellery
1: Clean first according to electrolytic cleaning salt procedure
2: After electrolysis to be cleaned through 3 beakers
3: 2.5g silver salt 54% 500cc distilled water
Temperature: 40.c Voltage: 5V Plating time: 3-5 seconds
Shake the jewellery back and forth while plating
Note: All silver salts, electrolytic cleaning salts, over beaker cleaning, must be in pure distilled water.
Additional information.
1: First polish brightly with cloth wheel and polisher.
2: Then clean with ultrasonic cleaning machine with de-waxing water (heating)
3: Then polish with a polishing machine
4: Then clean with a steam cleaner
5:Finally finish with electrolysis and electroplating procedure
D:Luminous agent use method
1:1:1Zun luminous agent with 1000ml distilled water
2: Temperature 50.c-60.c
3:Voltage 6-7V
4:Electrolysis takes 5 seconds
