Heat packs are sent with every fish at shipped in winter months)  you will receive fish of your choice in a 6x6x7 priority mail box enclosed inside a 1/2 inch foam box. Inside the loose fiber insulation you'll find your new pet Double bagged in antifungal water. and all orders shipped on Mondays/Tuesday priority mail

For D.O.A quarentee picture of fish in unopened beg within 2 hours of delivery confirmation.

If you have any issue regarding order with live fish or fish that arrive in conditions other than specified, please contact me directly first to resolve issue.

If no resolution can be reached than you may go through proper process with eBay, or PayPal or whatever payment method you used in order to best ensure your satisfaction with your order.
