This is a vintage Playmates Toys original Toxic Crusaders Toxie figure with a Blobbie accessory that glows in the dark. The Toxic Crusaders franchise was a spin-off of the Toxic Avenger movie and cartoon series. This particular figure also has a tie-in to the TV show GLOW, which stands for Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling. It is a collectible action figure and accessory set for fans of the Toxic Crusaders franchise.
