Measurements: Arm pit to arm pit 10.5", waist 13", shoulder to bottom hem 17.5", and waist to bottom hem 9.5". 

This is a beautiful handmade cloth Edwardian-style dress with a lace-lined collar and lace-lined bottom hem. The sleeves are open at the shoulders as shown in the photos. Exact year is unknown but it is estimated to be the early 1900s. 

The dress has some discoloration due to age and a few small stains that need to be cleaned gently . There are no holes.
