Description: A toned extremely fine small silver coin from Great Britain. This is the 1943 silver six pence coin from the United Kingdom. The coin displays the bust of King George VI facing left on the obverse. The coin has the words "GEORGIVS VI D : G : BR : OMN: REX" surrounding the king's bust. The reverse displays crowned monogram dividing the date with the denomination below it and the legend "FID.DIF.IND.IMP." above it. The coin is nicely toned with shades of gold along the edge. The coin has a reeded edge. It is KM 852, weighs ~2.8 grams of 0.500 silver and is ~19 mm in diameter. A nice coin to add to your collection. Condition: I would grade the coin as a good extremely fine or better. The coin has nice golden toning throughout. It has minor wear to the highest points and is problem free. The coin has some minor scratches and bag marks, which truly do not distract from the coin's quality of appearance. An exquisite coin which would make a great addition to your collection.
