This is a 1930 hardcover book on theoretical physics.  Written by Leigh Page, PhD. She was a professor at Yale University.  There are some handwritten notations on the front-end pages. One page was torn along the seam and put into place with tape. That same page has some crumpling at a corner. There is a split in the paper along the front hinge. Otherwise, the pages are looking good. There is a small discoloration along the spine wrap.
