I believe this to be an End-of-Day Murano or Murano style glass "Pitcher Plant" or Jack in the Pulpit vase with paperweight base.  It measures approx. 9.75 inches tall.  Condition is very fine with no chips, cracks, or repairs.  Nice rich glass sheen.  There is some maker's roughness on the ground flat paperweight base underside bottom  Normal, not considered damage.  Please see all the pictures.
