The binding on the left side of the top has a gap and glue marks.

The hard case that comes with the instrument shows signs of use.

String height is about 2.7mm on the 6th string side and about 2.2mm on the 1st string side at the 12th fret.

There are no other noticeable problems in the player's condition.
