The hook keeper has been installed, and the retainer has been changed to another one. The clutch operation seems a little stiff. There are scratches on the top of the body and side plates. There are minor scratches, scuffs, and small-scale paint peeling in various other places. The rotating action has a strong crisp feeling. This is an inexpensive item in this condition.
