Hand carved wooden plaque with cast hollow plastic form of an old man / fisherman smoking a pipe. The form is nailed to the wood. Cast metal chain to hang on a wall with square head nail securing the chain to the wood. Original sticker label on the back. Research shows it was made in West Germany.
