This pair of antique Chinese export blue and white plates from China's YongZheng period (1722-1735).

Diameter: 9.5 inch/24cm each

The blue and white floral motif and rim pattern design on the porcelain and pottery material is typically of the 18th century. Both plates are decorated with intricate and detailed floral pattern showcasing the skill of the Jingdezhen potters at the time.

Originally made for export purpose in tea trade by the East Indian Company, these plates are still perfect for display or use nowadays. Their pre-1800 age adds to their historical significance. The richly glazed surface with a fine layer of patina make them an authentic piece of Asian antique.
