Since 2019, I've been extensively restoring this Saab, covering every aspect of the car:
Body:
I conducted a comprehensive bodywork repair, professionally addressing every body element. All parts not suitable for restoration were replaced with new ones, such as fenders.
After the bodywork restoration, the car was disassembled and repainted, maintaining the original color. Due to damage to the front windshield, it was replaced with a new original one (the last available due to the rare tint color - brown). All damaged window seals were also replaced with new ones.
Car Interior:
All door upholstery, headliner, trunk shelf, and side panels were refurbished by an upholsterer. The remaining interior elements underwent thorough cleaning. Additionally, the car was soundproofed.
Suspension:
All suspension components, such as shock absorbers, joints, and bushings, were replaced with new ones.
Braking System:
Brake discs and pads were replaced, as were the lines.
Fuel System:
The K-Jet injection system was serviced, and all injectors and lines were also replaced. Furthermore, a new fuel accumulator was installed.
Engine:
I replaced bearings, thrust bearing, crankshaft bearing, and installed a new clutch plate while also sealing it.
Gearbox:
It was disassembled and assembled with new parts.
