Could be vintage 90s or early 2000s. This is in good condition with no major issues found as far as wear to the leather. The silver tone finish has some areas of tarnish and some light blemishes. This is 35.5" total end to end. It is 1-1/8" wide. It has 4" of adjustment. It measures 27" to 31" from the end of the buckle prong to the first and last holes.
