iPad is in excellent condition and fully functional however has a small chip to the top corner and an orb from the pencil that appears on the screen when using the iPad. No damage to the back of the iPad or the camera.

The pencil is in excellent working condition has a few scuff marks around the pencil however this does not interfere with the use.
