This is a really unique vintage pennant. It is made by World flags. According to the tag it is 10 in by 15 in but when I measured it it was 10 and a half inches by 15 and 1/2 in. It is made of nylon, according to the tag. It has breast grommets. They have a bit of discoloration from use. The flag has been used. There is a bit of discoloration above the figure's head right at the edge of the white  seam. Please see pictures.
