Netherlands rare 25 gulden banknote Queen Wilhelmina muntbiljet 1943, about UNC. The only thing making this note "about" UNC, are the corners, which just aren't 100% untouched. This note was printed in the US during the nazi occupation of the Netherlands, which explains the similarities with the US dollar banknotes.
