These two antique dolls are in pretty rough shape. The one in the purple gingham gown, her head is no longer attached to her body. Her hair has rotted so badly that it just falls apart when you try to handle her. It also falls in her eyes. Her eyes do open and close, but not quite as smoothly as the smaller second doll.

The purple dolls bonnet is crocheted and absolutely beautiful and still in great shape. Her dress, clothing, and shoes are also in remarkable shape, are her hands and legs.

The smaller doll has basically no hair left, but her face is in better shape, and her eyes open and close smoothly. Her eyes are also a very light green, quite entrancing.

Her purple lace gown is not in great shape. The lace is fine, but it's basically just lace with no real shape. The doll's legs and arms are in good shape, as are her undergarments.

I'm not a doll collector, I acquired these dolls at a downsizing auction in northeast Iowa on a farm.

They clearly have been kept in pretty rough circumstances.

But, as they still have remarkably good features, parts, and clothing, I figured it was worth offering them up to collectors who restore dolls or use the parts.

If you know more about these dolls than I do, feel free to reach out and educate me. Whether you're interested in buying them or not!
