This TV is in good pre-owned condition. It has been tested and is in good, fully working order. The reason "READ" is in the title is because it has a scratched spot on the glass. It is not distracting when watching the TV, but is noticeable in some scenes or at some viewing angles. The spot is about 2 inches above the Magnavox logo near the bottom of the screen. The scratches are about 3/4 of an inch long. Please view photos closely before purchasing to fully judge this item.
