1976 Horological Collage of Tower Bridge in London - Framed and Signed by 

L. Kersh of London

This is a contemporary artwork from London. 

It is a collage that uses clock/watch parts.  It is an artist's rendering of Tower Bridge, London, England.

The frame measures about 6.25 inches by 4.75 inches, by .5 inch deep.

The back of the frame has the pictorial artist's certificate of authenticity, dated 1976.  It is signed in green ink by L. Kersh.

Good Condition: 

The Collage, the Matte, and the Certificate of authenticity are very clean and sharp, with no signs of wear.  The wood frame is discolored around all the edges, and the glass-covering is a little dusty-but fine.
