Rare 18^th century Caduceus Farthing Conder Token with Laureate Head – unresearched!

This curious token dates to the late 18th century with the obverse featuring a caricature of a king or Roman emperor; the reverse shows Hermes, dressed as a jester, holding a caduceus.

I have not seen anything like it before, and cannot find an official reference for it, so selling as unresearched and it could be super rare!
