WWII Australia KURRI KURRI CO-OP SOCIETY ONE LOAF bakery token, scarce type

This harder to find 28mm aluminum bakery token was used to obtain a loaf of bread during a time of austerity in the war years in Australia. It’s a testament to the sacrifice made by all the mainly women who stood in line every day for hours to get their rationed loaf of bread.
