MSO Valdez enforces marine construction and repair laws and regulations on tankers and vessels calling at Valdez.    
 
This patch was was in use before 1986. 
It is a new, medium size 3.5" wide and 4.5" tall color patch.
It is 70% machine embroidered on pale aqua cloth, with a green merrowiing, and an unsealed back.



Patches are shipped using the default Economy Shipping option (no action required of the buyer) with stamps 
which does not provide a tracking number.

If you want tracking, change the shipping method during check-out to the USPS Ground Advantage shipping option or
USPS Priority Mail shipping option (a little faster).  These options cost more - for the tracking.  
I do not offer overnight or non-USPS shipping.
