This chair ships free to the Continental United States; for shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations please contact us for a shipping quote. We do not prepay duties, GST, or brokerage fees. We cannot ship to a post office box; we must have a street address.
This chair ships to you from the closest warehouse (either Maryland or California), usually within 3 business days.
Return Information
All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, disassembled, and with all parts included, including the assembly instructions. If you are requesting a return for warranty replacement, there will not be any restocking or shipping fees. If there is a defect within 30 days, a shipping label will be provided for you. All returns for refund are charged a restocking fee and round trip shipping. (Custom orders for non-black chairs will be charged a 20% restocking fee.) All returns, even for warranty issues, must have an RMA. Please call us for a return authorization number.

Lifetime Warranty
- Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser all components for the life of the product with the exception of upholstery and foam, which are warranted for five years
- Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects; Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered components
- A customer's custom material is not warranted
- The warranty is limited to a forty hour work week, 250 pound weight limit
- The warranty is limited to replacement of repair and does not cover cost of transportation and labor, but Raynor does not charge any shipping to mail out or bring back defective parts
- There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described
- Eurotech is not liable for consequential or incidental damage arising from any product defect
