This is the first of a series of four books on fishing and hunting by Mike Cramond, Western Canada's foremost writer on the subject.  It is a guide on angling techniques, including specialist advice on tackling the hard fighting North Pacific Steelhead Trout.  With photographs of  the right tackle for the job, some simple line drawings to help you fit them most effectively and a number of wonderful illustrations of fish species by Lissa Calvert this book is an angler's dream and would make a super addition to any collection of angling books

A first edition published in 1964 by Mitchell Press Limited of Vancouver, Canada, it is a 165 page 6" (15cm) x 9" (22.5cm) hardback complete with dustjacket

Signed and dated on the first blank page by a previous owner it is in very good condition other than a little wear to the dustjacket
