Cd and inserts are in MINT CONDITION.  THIS HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED.  I REPLACED THE BLACK INSERT BECAUSE WHEN SHAKEN, I HEARD THE BLACK "TEETH" MOVE AROUND. I OPENED IT TO ENSURE THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE CD AND THERE WAS NOT.  IT IS ALL IN PERFECT SHAPE.    NOT a cutout and NOT a record club edition.
