Size 50 Blade has a 1/125" / 0.5 mm Blade Cut

Often referred to as a "Vet" blade.

These stainless-steel clipper blades are preferred by veterinarians because they are less likely to rust or discolor from frequent use of strong disinfectants.

A # 50 blade is a "surgical" blade - when used alone will cut hair very, very close. Frequently used by vets for surgical preparation. Good for surgical trims, and for poodle feet and faces. Also used when making patterns in hair.

Size 40 SS Blade Leaves hair 1/100", 0.25 mm long

Size 35 Blade has a 1/75" / 0.4 mm Blade Cut

A #35 is in between a #30 and #40 blade and has many uses. Often referred to as a "Vet" blade.

A # 35 blade used alone will cut hair very close. Used for close clipping of face, feet and tail. The ridged bottom of the blade set helps it stay cooler during use. Can be used on feet or between pads and is more generally used with Clip on (AKA Universal, Snap On, Guide, Attachment, Guard) combs to achieve uniform and longer hair lengths...I do also sell the clip-on/Guide/Attachment comb sets separately. Size 30 blade has a 1/50" (.5 mm) blade cut

A # 30 blade is a "surgical" blade - used alone will cut hair very close. Can be used on feet or between pads and is more generally used with Clip on (AKA Universal, Snap On, Guide, Attachment, Guard) combs to achieve uniform and longer hair lengths...I do also sell the clip-on/Guide/Attachment comb sets separately.

Size 15 blade leaves hair 3/64"/1.2mm.

Frequently used on ears, feet, tail base, face, sanitary area and throat. Common blade for Horse Grooming/Clipping. Also can be used for very short cuts on body of any breed. The Size 15 Blade is often used on Poodles for clipper work on the face, feet and tail. The Size 15 Blade is ideal when the Size 10 Blade is not smooth enough and a Size 30 Blade is too close. This blade can also be used for sanitary prep. Suitable for all breeds of dogs and cats, horses, etc.

# 10- leaves hair 1.8mm /1/16" long

MOST COMMONLY USED Size 10 clipper blades have a 1/16" blade cut (1.8 mm) that’s ideal for underbelly work, terrier ears, and poodle faces— a good choice if a fairly close and smooth finish is desired

Finish or “F” (also referred to as FC or Finish Cut ) Blades

3F, 4F, 5F, 7F, etc. (also referred to as 3 3/4 FC, 4FC, etc.)
The teeth on this blade are even, creating a smoother finish. Can be used before and after the bath. Used for a smoother finish, to “finish off” a clip after using a skip tooth blade and full body shavedowns when hair is not too matted. Finish cut blades work best on hair or coats that are clean, dry and brushed free of most mats and tangles.

Size 7FC Clipper Blade has a 1/8" / 3.2 mm blade cut.

# 7F - Finish Cut blade can be used as a finishing blade for a Size 7 Skip-Tooth, as well as for body work on any breed. Perfect when a short, finish clip is desired. Frequently used on unmatted cats. Suitable for all breeds of dogs and cats, horses, etc.

Size 6FC Clipper blade has a 3/16" (4.8mm) blade cut.
(Also called 6F, 6 F,)

Size 6 FC eliminates the need to use a guide comb, allowing for a faster, more convenient cut. Can be used for body clipping on any breed. Leaves hair a bit longer than a 7FC blade. Also Used for specialty texturizing.

Size 5FC Blade has a 1/4" / 6mm Blade Cut

Most often used to achieve a smooth, short "lamb" like clip or finish on any breed. Is effective for finishing the coat after trimming with a #5 skip tooth blade Leaves a nice finished length on the coats of wire, welsh, and Lakeland terriers...not too short, not too long! Suitable for all breeds of dogs and cats, horses, etc

Size 4 1/2FC clipper blade has a blade cut of 5/16" (7.9 mm).

3 3/4FC blade is also known as a 3FC or 3F blade and leaves hair 1/2" or 13mm long

Size 5/8 HT leaves hair 5/8" (16mm) long!

Finish Cut.This blade is the one of the LONGEST in the Barber & Beauty trade as well as the Animal Grooming industry, cuts smoother and moves through hair easier than a blade with an attachment comb. This is a full cut blade used for body work on any breed especially on pet bichons and poodles, short puppy cuts on lhasas, shih tzus, and similar breeds. Works well on unmatted dogs.

Skip Tooth Blades (also called Saw tooth blades)

Skip Tooth Blades are generally used instead of a finish cut blade when:

Hair or coat is heavily matted or for VERY thick coats. -The coarse or uneven teeth on a Skip Tooth will feed the hair into the cutting blade more effectively, which allows you to clip under mats.
Often used before the bath for rough-cuts, and on dogs that must be shaved completely down. Perfect for blending short areas with longer lengths. Ideal for coarse-coated breeds such as Terriers

A hair cut using a skip tooth blade is generally "finished" off with the same size finish blade to give coat a smooth, finished appearance...for example: if you cut hair with a 4 skip-tooth blade, finish off with a 4F blade

Be extra Careful when using as skip tooth blade as they cut closer to the skin. Skip Tooth blades are not recommended to be used on cats.

Size 7 Skip Tooth Clipper Blade has a 1/8" / 3.2 mm blade cut.

Size 7 Skiptooth blade leaves 1/8". This blade can be used for body work on any breed. Suitable for all breeds of dogs and cats, horses, etc. The shortest of the skip tooth blades, the Size 7 is used frequently on very matted dog coats. The Size 7 Skip Tooth blade cuts through mats that other length blades cannot penetrate. The coat is more accessible to the cutting blade because of the flat design of this blade. The teeth are more open which allows the coat to be cut easier than the 7F blade with its full teeth. Suitable for all breeds of dog, horses, etc

Size 5 Skiptooth blade leaves 1/4" / 6.5mm

The Size 5 Skip Tooth blade, like the size 7, cuts through mats that longer length blades cannot penetrate. The coat is more accessible to the cutting blade because of the flat design of this blade. The teeth are more open which allows the coat to be cut easier than the 5F blade with its full teeth.

Frequently used on fluffy type coats such as Poodles, Bichons and dogs with similar type coats. Also body work on Sporting Breeds and Terriers, Pet Poodles, body work or short trims on Lhasa Apso’s and Shih-Tzu’s. Suitable for all breeds of dog, horses, etc.

Size 4 Skip Tooth Blade has a 3/8" / 9.5 mm Blade Cut

The Size 4 Skip Tooth blade cuts through mats that finish cut (FC or F blades) blades cannot penetrate. The coat is more accessible to the cutting blade because of the flat design of this blade. The teeth are more open which allows the coat to be cut easier than the 4F blade with its full teeth. A hair cut using a skip tooth blade is generally "finished" off with the same size finish blade to give coat a smooth, finished appearance-skip tooth blades will leave an unfinished, jagged like appearance.... for example: if you cut hair with a 4 skip-tooth blade, finish off with a 4F blade.

This blade can be used for body work on any breed when a little bit longer cut is desired. Most often used for Body work on the low-slung Terriers (West Highland White, Scottish, Cairn, etc.), Pet Poodles, short trims on Lhasa Apsos and Shih-Tzus. Suitable for all breeds of dog, horses, etc.

3 ¾ Skip Tooth Blade has a 1/2"/13mm Blade Cut (Also called a 3 Skip Blade)

This blade can be used for body work on any breed where a longer length is desired. The Size 3 3/4 Skip Tooth blade cuts through mats that finish cut (FC or F blades) blades cannot penetrate. This blade is wider than a traditional blade, so you can cover more surface area in less time. Makes grooming more efficient and saves you time. Used for easy blending and fading coats, leaving a smooth finish.

Blocking Blade has a 5/64" (2mm) Blade Cut.

Blocking blade is ideal for full clipdowns on matted dogs and large animals, free-hand shortening of coats before scissoring, blocking or skimming. Used for removing the bulk of hair and clipping pattern lines on large breeds with heavy coats.

These sharp blocking pet clipper blades are excellent for full, fast clipdowns or shavedowns on matted dogs, livestock, etc. Covers a larger area than regular blades.

Not recommended for use directly against dog’s skin.

Super Blocking Blade has a 1/150 in. (0.05mm) Blade Cut.

Items must be returned in same condition they were sent to you in-new, clean condition in original packaging with all original parts, tags, papers, boxes, etc. If item is not returned in new condition or with all original paperwork/boxes, etc. a fee may be charged, or you may only receive a partial refund. After return period please refer to manufacturer’s warranty (if any).

RETURNS: If you find item to be or damaged on arrival, please notify me via email prior to opening return and I will try to correct issue or problem. Most items can now be returned via eBay’s automated return system which will provide a return label and other info. (Under your eBay purchases there will be a link next to the item purchased for returns). Please be sure to select correct reason for return e.g. just didn't like it, does not fit, found better price, changed my mind, item defective, etc.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are easiest & quickest to process by doing return through automated EBay system for item you don't want and then just buying item you want. Once I receive return, I will process refund.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Yes, I do offer a combined shipping discount. Each item added does add weight which will add to shipping cost. All items must be paid for on one invoice to qualify for shipping discount. Any shipping discount should be automatically applied by eBay when you checkout. If in question, please message me before making payment. I cannot process refunds on shipping once items have been paid for.
