The book and the autograph are in good vintage condition. The pages are not torn or ripped. There are some paperclip marks on the autograph paper and the book where it was clipped into the book. The book and pages are somewhat yellowed from age. This is a Terrific piece of Vintage memorabilia. The GARY COOPER AUTOGRAPH alone is cool the book just adds to it!
