This is a genuine Original Equipment (OE) replacement rubber aerial antenna grommet base (Tülle, Dichtung) for both the fixed (non retractable) and electric aerials power antennas fitted to both Peugeot 306 Cabriolet, Cabrio, Convertible  Phase 1 & Phase 2models manufactured from approximately 1994 to 2002.

It is a genuine part manufactured by the Original Equipment (OE) aerial supplier that supplied the Peugeot factory and specifically designed to fit the existing 22 mm diameter hole in the wing/fender and angled at 27.5 to match the panel profile. Peugeot part number 971641 described as aerial or antenna base which Peugeot no longer list.

It accepts aerials and antenna that push-fit into the grommet with a 18 mm diameter ball top type fitting.

Over time if your grommet has become perished, lost, cracked, or become discoloured with over-spray or car wax, this will restore your aerial to its original appearance.
