This is a brand new replacement aerial antenna mast for all Saab models 900 and 9-3 models manufactured after 1993/1994 fitted with an electric aerial on the rear wing. It has 5 Black sections with a black tip, and a fitted length of 92 cm (36 inches) and is supplied with the metal contact spring/retaining ferule and nylon drive cable. The bottom telescopic section is 9 mm diameter. 

This mast is fitted to aerials on Saab Saloon, Hatchback, Cabriolet and Convertible models in both turbo and non-turbo, petrol and diesel versions, from 1993/1994, in most trim options including Aero, Arc, Linear, Vector, Viggen, S and SE trim.

If your mast is broken, not fully retracting, sticking, bent has stripped teeth, noisy or suffering poor radio reception this is probably what you need.

Fitting instructions are supplied and it can normally be fitted in a few minutes from outside the car without dismantling the aerial or trim, by removing the aerial top nut.

This mast replaces the aerial/mast fitted as original equipment from the factory. On older vehicles, please compare the photograph and description to the aerial mast on your vehicle, to ensure the aerial has not already been replaced with an after-market aerial.
