1913 (January 11)  China Official printed native cover from Peking to "Wuchang" bearing 3 cent Coiling Dragon overprinted "Sung" type Republic of China tied by illegible bilingual "Peking" cds with similar strike alongside.  Three red Chinese characters handstamp "Top secret".  On reverse "Wohan" cds transit and "Wuchang" receiver cds.  Various postman delivery handstamps in black.  This cover is addressed to the Vice President of Republic of China Mr. Li.  Scarce and important historical piece for postal historian.
