Orders can be cancelled at any time within 30 days of delivery date. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the product you intend to return. To cancel your order please contact us via eBay messages. Smart Parts will not be responsible for any damage caused by the improper product bought, please verify the requirements of your machine before ordering.
There is a maximum of 24 business hours handling time, please give us a call before 2pm if you require same day dispatch. We ship only within European Union. Regular UK orders are sent via RoyalMail Tracked (2-4 business days). Next day orders are sent via RoyalMail Special Delivery or DPD Next Day, depending on parcel weight. European Union items are sent by RoyalMail International Signed-For or DPD Classic. Unfortunately we do not practice collections.
We offer 1 year warranty on all products. To request refund, replacement or return, please contact us via eBay messages and we will provide return instructions. We reserve the right to test the product before authorizing refund or replacement. The warranty is not valid in cases of improper use. Refunds can only be issued within 3 months of purchase. If the product does not match the description we will be glad to either provide a replacement or issue refund and cover regular return shipping fee. For UK orders we will not be responsible for the cost of outbound delivery.
We prefer payment by PayPal, but also accept personal cheques, credit card payments, bank transfers and postal orders. Please allow 5 business days for cheques, 4 business days for transfers to clear.
