Shipping prices quoted on the listing are for a standard service within mainland UK using one of the major couriers or via Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of the item.

Returns and Exchanges
NEW ITEMS:
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any unused item or product, providing it is returned within 30 days of purchase, in an unused condition and in its original packaging. This excludes some items for hygiene reasons, such as undergarments/earrings.
USED ITEMS: Due to the eclectic nature of our used items, please contact us for information on returning used items, prior to purchase.
Any Items new or used that are stated as "Faulty", "As Is", or "Spares/Repair" are not eligible for return/refund.
