This is “Songs Without Words,” by Michael Rusch, a previously-owned CD with little-to-no surface wear and its original liner notes. It was issued by M&M Music in 2005 and plays perfectly (double-checked).
Michael Rusch is the "house musician" at Green Springs Bistro in Safety Harbor. His acoustic guitar provides the background music for diners in the old wood frame home restaurant on Fourth Avenue North. Of note, he hails from Curacao, an island in the Dutch West Indies of the Caribbean. Track-listing:
