The top of the skirt has been made in a very good quality sparkly blue & silver lycra fabric which is stretchy & very comfortable to wear (fits in all the right places VERY FIGURE FLATTERING), it has a white elasticated low waistband which is worn on higher hips, it has a 5.5 inch shaped top.

The skirt has been made in a totally stunning mixed White,yellow,blue Sponge Bob,Spots printed cotton fabric with blue & white  gingham check  pleated panels, I have overlocked on the outer edge in white which looks AWESOME. This skirt has been finished with two yellow  satin bows .
