We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

We unfortunately no longer accept Cheques as a payment method.
As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.
XS Sports™ takes every effort to supply each and every customer with a prompt and efficient delivery service and over the past 10 years our systems have evolved massively in line with our company's growth to ensure this happens.
Our big parcels are delivered by APC / Parcelforce who have an exceptionally high success rate for our deliveries and problems are very rare. This is a "next working day" service.
Smaller items under 2kg are despatched via Royal Mail. Details of the delivery method can be found on the eBay listing under the "Postage and Payment" Tab.
When your item is despatched via a courier you will receive an email from us and the courier with full tracking details.
Your tracking details will also be uploaded to eBay and you can see it under "my eBay". Here you will be given the Courier and the tracking ID. You can go to the couriers website and track your parcel.
Smaller parcels are delivered by Royal Mail who are the main United Kingdom delivery service provider and have earned their name for their consistency and high delivery success rate.
Royal Mail 24 (1st Class) takes 1-2 working days to arrive.
Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class) takes 2-5 working days to arrive.
Please note that the estimated delivery is just that, an estimate, and should not be treated as a guaranteed service. We pay the carriers for the service and expect them to hold on their promise, hence why we hate to make guarantees for anything that is out of our control. Keep in mind that 99% of deliveries do reach there on the estimated delivery date but some orders however, do tend to get delayed. If you have not received your order on your estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team or the carriers.
To strike a balance between delivery costs, speed and reliability, we currently use the following shipping methods:
- Royal Mail 24/48 (1st/2nd Class) for smaller items weighing under 2kg
- Parcelforce 24 / APC Overnight Service for items weighing over 2kg
Please keep in mind that there is rare cases which might affect the delivery date of your parcel and as much as we hate it, these cases are outside our control so please keep this in mind when making online purchases. We will do all we can to provide support should this be the case. Luckily with our current courier this is kept to the very minimum. Here’s just a few circumstances that can affect delivery:
- Road Closures
- Traffic Accidents
- Bad Weather
- Mis-Routing
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please email/ring us to arrange this.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
