Bullard Dynatrol VTL Machined Housing Assembly ?? (Not sure what this is)

New old stock. There is a little surface rust as seen in picture from years on a shelf. 

I bought a pallet full of spare Bullard Dynatrol parts from a factory that no longer uses the Bullard Vertical Turret Lathes. I'm not sure on the exact application, but a lot of the parts and boxes of parts are labeled 46" & 66" Bullard Dynatrol. Part could be for a different model though as they had multiple machines.
