These bearing do not include the case.  4 bearing total. Appropriate for quad skates also. Quad skate has 2 different size axles 7mm and 8mm. This bearing  fits 8mm axle.  If you do not know your axle size, Trurev has exchange policy that will result in giving you the older smaller axle 7mm which was common on older quad skates.
