All Carver Tubs jetted Whirlpools are handcraftedfrom premium acrylic and reinforced with fiberglass for strength and longevity.Our whirlpools are handcrafted to your exact specifications and can becustomized with a variety of relaxing and luxurious options. Before leaving our Factory in Kansas City, MO,all bathtubs go through a full point, hands-on inspection. Our Whirlpool Massagebathtubs are filled with sterile water and turned on for 60 minutes to ensurequality and performance. Every pipe, jet and button is closely examined andtested.
At Carver Tubs we believe that quality and cleanliness gohand in hand in creating a relaxing bathing experience. We use custom shaped,hard pipes that are formed by hand to match the natural contour and curves ofyour bathtub. This process ensures that every last drop of water drains fromour pipes to protect against mold, mildew, algae and fungi that are common inother jetted tubs on the market.
We believe in giving you the foundationto create your ideal bathroom. Our tubs can easily accommodate any faucetstyle, but do not come pre-drilled with any faucet holes. No replacement tubs will be shipped to a Customer due to a defective tub or other warranty issues until at such time the defective tub is returned to the Shipper. Once we receive the defective tub back your replacement tub will be shipped.
The Customer is responsible for making sure they retain the box the tub was shipped in as well as the shipping materials used to package your tub for return shipment if so needed. Please do not throw these materials away until such time that the tub has been checked for damage, installed and tested. Even though we cover the cost for the return shipping on a defective tub, the Customer is liable for the condition of the tub being returned and could be charged for the defective tub as well as the replacement tub if the tub is damaged in shipment due to improper packaging of the returned tub.
